Process · Tokyo time
From the auction floor to your airport.
Order the day before. We buy, cut, pack and clear export the next morning, and the cargo flies that day.

Order
You confirm species, cut and kg from the price list.
Toyosu buying
Our buyers select lots at auction and from wholesalers.
Cut & pack
Graded, cut to spec, packed with ice bags and labeled by carton.
Documents
Invoice, packing list and certificates sent to you and your broker.
Export clearance
Cleared and tendered to the airline at Narita or Haneda.
Arrival
Lands at your airport for pickup by your team.
Flight times vary by destination. We confirm the routing and arrival time with every order.

Buying
Every box is checked before we bid.
Uni arrives from producers across Hokkaido and is laid out lot by lot. We check color, grain and firmness, then buy against your order and our standing allocations.
Cutting
Tuna cut to your spec at the wholesaler's stall.
We buy wild and farmed bluefin from Toyosu tuna wholesalers such as Yamaharu, and have it sectioned into harakami, haranaka, senaka or blocks to match your order before it comes to our packing floor.
